The Airport Military Liaison Desk is located on the first floor of the terminal building, next to the inbound luggage area, across from the rent-a-car companies. The telephone number is 254-501-6101.
The Liaison Desk is manned by Fort Hood NCOs’ from 8 am until midnight seven days a week and serves as a check-in point for arriving soldiers where they receive information on Fort Hood and are provided transportation to Fort Hood’s Copeland Soldiers Center, bldg. #18010 for in-processing.
